The scheme
Receive £250 – either as a fee discount or in Amazon vouchers
Only programmes offered by MLA College are eligible for this offer. Visit www.mla.ac.uk to view all programmes.
The scheme is open to prospective students referred to MLA College by current MLA College students or alumni only
The scheme is not open to employees, agents or contractors of MLA College regardless of whether they are current students or alumni
Prospective students who intent to take advantage of a third-party scholarship or funding, including student finance can apply to the scheme
Completing the online application form to express interest in this scheme and eligibility of our programme will constitute acceptance of these terms
An application to the scheme cannot be made retrospectively after enrolment
Any personal data relating to a Prospective Student will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without consent.
Completing the online enrolment form will automatically subscribe the Prospective Student to the MLA College mailing list, of which can be unsubscribed at any time.
Eligibility criteria
To refer a friend / colleague you must:
Be currently studying with, or an Alumni of MLA College
Those being referred (Prospective Student) must:
Be aged 18 years old or over at the time of referral
Not be an employee (or immediate family member) of MLA College
Provide the name and programme of the referrer
Not have previously enquired or applied for a programme delivered by MLA College within the last 12 months
Not be using a representative with your application
How to refer a friend or colleague

Your friend / colleague will need to complete the below application form and include your name and student number.
Our team will contact your friend / colleague and discuss their application
You will be eligible to both receive either £250 off your MLA tuition fees or £250 in Amazon vouchers once your friend / colleague has:
Successfully enrolled onto their programme
Paid their first instalment of their tuition fees
Completed their first term
£250 in Amazon vouchers or a tuition fee discount will only be applied once the referred student has:
Enrolled on a programme with MLA College within 12 months of their initial referral
Paid their first module fee instalment
Completed their first module, or first 13 weeks if studying an MSc top-up
Payment
The Referrer shall be entitled to a referral payment worth £250 for each Prospective Student enrolled on a programme following the MLA College application process and all clauses are satisfied
The Prospective Student will be entitled to a referred payment worth £250 following successful enrolment onto an MLA College programme, completion of the first term and where all clauses are satisfied.
The payment for both Referrer and Prospective Student will either be in Amazon vouchers or a tuition fee discount to the same value.
For the Referrer: For self-funded current students, payment will be in the form of a tuition-fee discount. For current student paying via sponsorship, scholarship or Student Finance, or alumni, payment will be in Amazon vouchers.
For the Prospective Student: Self-funded students will receive payment in the form of a tuition fee discount. Students paying tuition fee through sponsorship, scholarship or through Student Finance will receive payment in Amazon vouchers.
MLA College reserves the right to withhold either the referral payment or Prospective Student payment if any of the above clauses have not been met.
No part of this offer is exchangeable for cash or any other incentive
No payment will be made if any debts are in arrears for with the referrer or the Prospective Student.
Variation
MLA College reserves the right to change the format of the scheme, amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the scheme at any time. Notice of any changes will be available on the MLA College website.
MLA College’s decision is final.
Governing Law
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these conditional or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
