In Toby’s previous role within Recruitment, he developed a keen eye for detail, data accuracy, and process optimisation; skills that now underpin his work as a Student Data and Systems Officer. Managing student data, record systems, and the student portal, Toby is dedicated to ensuring that every process supports a smooth and enriching student experience. He recognises that behind every data point is a learner’s journey, and he is committed to using information and systems to enhance that journey at every stage.
As someone who has transitioned into the education sector, Toby is passionate about applying his analytical and organisational strengths to improve the way student information is managed and accessed, ultimately supporting both academic and personal success.
Outside of work, Toby channels his leadership and mentoring skills into coaching basketball and currently serves as Head Coach of the Plymouth University Women’s team.
