Glenn is the Chief Operating Officer at MLA College, where he leads the College’s professional services and operational functions, supporting the delivery of academic programmes and a high-quality student experience.
He joined MLA College in June 2022 and is now part of the executive leadership team, contributing to institutional strategy, governance, and organisational performance. Glenn brings extensive experience in higher education operations, having previously managed the South Coast Doctoral Training Partnership at the University of Southampton, overseeing a complex, multi-institutional organisation.
Before moving into higher education, Glenn served in the Royal Navy, working his way through the ranks before being commissioned as a Logistics Officer. This background underpins a practical, delivery-focused approach to leadership, with a strong emphasis on planning, accountability, and delivery.
