MLA College is seeking to expand its team in line with its strategic plans and growth ambitions with the development of several new distance-learning programmes. Our higher education programmes are underpinned by a strong focus on employability, the learning community, student engagement and student experience. In order to continue developing programmes of education to the highest standard, we seek to recruit academic staff with a background in professional practice and scholarship. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with experience of developing programmes in the maritime or geography sectors, but all backgrounds will be considered. MLA College has a campus and offices in Plymouth, U.K. It is expected that the successful applicant will be permanently based at this location.

Ideally, we are seeking candidates with experience of developing programmes in the Maritime Engineering or Engineering Management fields, but all Engineering backgrounds will be considered. MLA College has a campus and offices in Plymouth, U.K. It is expected that the successful applicant will be permanently based at this location.
This role will also support the delivery of new trans-national degree programmes, where occasional international travel will be expected.
Salary Range £43,000 - £50,000 per annum (subject to qualifications and experience) plus benefits.
