Students complete the MSc through one of two 60-credit options: an Academic Dissertation or an Applied Industry Project.

The MSc Project Management is designed to support professionals looking to strengthen their project management capabilities and take on greater responsibility for complex projects.
The programme combines strategic, technical and leadership development, with opportunities to apply learning within professional contexts. It can support progression from technical, engineering or operational roles towards strategic project management positions, while developing capabilities across traditional, agile, hybrid and digital project methodologies.
Throughout the programme, students will strengthen their approach to project leadership, planning, risk and decision-making, with opportunities to apply their learning to contemporary project challenges within professional contexts.
The MSc Project Management is delivered through flexible distance learning, allowing students to study alongside their professional and personal commitments.
Students can continue working while completing the programme, with 24/7 access to MLA College’s Total Learning Package (TLP) from any location. Coursework provides opportunities to apply learning within real-world organisational contexts and develop experience with digital tools including MS Project, Jira, Power BI and Miro.
Students also receive structured support from dedicated personal tutors throughout their studies.
