It complements the strategic and technical focus of PPM701 by developing the leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills necessary to lead teams and deliver projects efficiently. The skills developed in this module are fundamental and will be applied in all other modules, particularly in managing the complexities of the final Applied Industry Project (PPM708)
