She first worked with MLA College in 2023 through GEDU’s shared HR service and became MLA’s Human Resources Director in 2025, leading the College’s people strategy during an exciting period of growth.
Her career has been driven by a passion for aligning HR strategies with business objectives and creating collaborative work cultures that foster innovation, growth, and inclusion. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Maria brings a diverse perspective and a strong ability to connect with colleagues across different backgrounds and cultures.
