Ahmet Aydemir, after graduating from Robert College, completed psychology & sociology double major undergraduate programs at Koç University and business administration master’s and management Ph.D. programs at Boğaziçi University, spending one semester at Ghent University in Belgium.
After working as a communications trainer at the Educational Volunteers Foundation of Turkey (TEGV), he coordinated the human resources department of TÜV NORD Turkey. He then founded and coordinated the career center at MEF University and worked as a lecturer for business administration and psychology departments. Afterwards, as an assistant professor of business administration at Bahçeşehir University, he founded, directed, and acted as an advisory board member of the International Training Center for Authorities and Leaders CIFAL Istanbul, a United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) affiliated center focused on achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through quality education in Turkey and Eastern Europe. He now works as an academic at MLA College.
