Andrew joined MLA College in January 2026 as Business Development Manager (Asia). He is responsible for driving B2B growth and strategic partnerships across the region, as well as supporting the establishment and operations of the College’s first overseas office.
With over a decade of experience in business development and operations management within the maritime sector, Andrew brings strong regional expertise and a proven track record in market expansion. Prior to joining MLA College, he led the APAC team of an international maritime professional body, where he played a key role in (re)designing products, developing new revenue streams, and penetrating emerging markets.
Andrew graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010 with a BSocSci (Hons) in Government and Public Administration. In 2024, he completed his MSc in Sustainable Maritime Operations at MLA College with Distinction. As an alumnus, Andrew is proud to return to MLA College and contribute to advancing its mission across Asia.
